EVERYONE. My title refers to my own face. It is so hot here my face (in reality my whole body) is always drenched with sweat. I live in an oven. I do not even care but I am completely breaking out. 1. MIRACLE: YUYU is getting baptized next monday. So last week we got her to put a goal for the end of february (but like not at all official). But the date wa a secret... we were not allowed to tell her family because she did not ant to get them excited for nothing if she was not going to get baptized that day. Then on Tuesday we had a lesson planned in the church with a psychologist member from our ward to help us figure out how to help her... an hour before the psycholgist canceled. We were nervous because I felt like I had done literally everything in my power to help her. I have left over 30 specific chapters in the Book of the Mormon, I bought her a triple combination so she could read more, she went to the temple, we had done Family Home Evenings, interviews, had gone to baptisms,...

In the words of my brother in law Jeff... What´s up party people, This week was so good. We followed president´s orders and organized and cleaned out the whole area book- threw out all the people who did not go to church or did not show interest. So we went through every progress record and lesson record to see who we would save. We ended up with a pile of like 50 people to call and show up at their door. Well out of the 30 that we had time to go to this past week... about 5 have interest... and two came to church.... but he is living with a Venezuelan. We are going to talk to them this week about marriage. We are going to visit the rest this week. Yuyu came to church. She is so close to baptism ah. I really do not know how else to help her. She knows everything and wants to believe it is true and thinks it is true but she wants a yes or no answer. We have taught her she has already received her answer but she won´t accept that. We even taught her with a member psychologist who tot...

HEY! Quick email but good message. Well we got transfers and I am staying here in Agronomia in Chillan with my comp! We both basically begged president to stay since we have so many people with potential. Basically the whole zone got switched but not us! We had 3 people in church on Sunday and Eli is still on date for Feb 2nd. Manuska la haitians accepted a baptismal date too but her husband could impede her. Teresa and Benjamin also had a baptismal date but they had to leave town last minute to help their sick sister so we had to push their baptismal date back so they can assist 3 times. Pray for all them! Yuyu is getting close to baptism too. She still has her doubts but we are helping her to realize she totally already has a testimony of the gospel. I mean she is going to leave to minister with us on Wednesday all night! The culture night was a blast. We spotlighted USA, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Uruguay. Look at the pics to see. Side note: This time of year,...

Hello world, This Tuesday it dumped and dumped rain all day which is so rare because we are in the dead middle of the blazing summer. I was freezing I was even using hand warmers and a beanie. I forgot what it is like when there is nobody in the streets and nobody will open their doors. But something I love about the rain is that it helps us realize who is prepared. When it is pouring rain, the majority of the people do not want to talk, but those who are willing to do so are people who God is obviously putting in our path for a reason. For example, Tuesday we found Nicolas who talked with us under the rain for 20 minutes and said he has never received a christian education. Well Thursday the heat cranked way up again and then I totally missed the rain. I am bipolar about the weather. We had a great FHE with the Chodil family and the married Haitian couple we are teaching.   Funny: 1. I am now converted to baby wipes instead of toilet paper. They are cheaper here to...
