HEY! Quick email but good message.

Well we got transfers and I am staying here in Agronomia in Chillan with my comp! We both basically begged president to stay since we have so many people with potential. Basically the whole zone got switched but not us! We had 3 people in church on Sunday and Eli is still on date for Feb 2nd. Manuska la haitians accepted a baptismal date too but her husband could impede her. Teresa and Benjamin also had a baptismal date but they had to leave town last minute to help their sick sister so we had to push their baptismal date back so they can assist 3 times. Pray for all them! Yuyu is getting close to baptism too. She still has her doubts but we are helping her to realize she totally already has a testimony of the gospel. I mean she is going to leave to minister with us on Wednesday all night! The culture night was a blast. We spotlighted USA, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Uruguay. Look at the pics to see. Side note: This time of year, it feels like we live in a furnace. People call me a fish because my nose is always peeling because I am always burn--even though I put on sunscreen every day and always try to be in the shade when possible! It was 107 degrees one day this week in the shade! So even hotter in the sun. woop woop!

Scripture of the Week: Job 2:6-7.
This struck me because God gave power to Satan. He has power. We cannot underestimate him. God obviously has more power, but if we do not use our agency correctly then Satan's power can overtake us.

This week the lesson from the ¨Come Follow Me¨guide was on Christ´s birth. Something that resonated with me was the reality of the rejection of Christ on that night. As you are all familiar, Mary and Jose were told there was no room in any of the Inns. I am talking about THE SAVIOR, the one and only Jesus Christ. I am sure we are ALL astounded that THE most important person to ever live on this earth was born in a humble stable (basically a barn shed...surrounded by I am sure animal droppings). There was no bed. It was not clean. And they were completely alone. How could there not be room for Him. If we can´t make room for Him in our daily routines, is there ANY difference between us and the Inn Keepers. We constantly have room for our own affairs, but again and again we can be guilty of not making room for him in our schedule. Let us NOT do what the Inn Keepers did, but I hope we all will quite literally make room for Him in our lives no matter how busy we are.

Maggie. A member who loves Guns and Roses. She is an awesome member missionary. Invites ALL her neighbors to church.

Reinaldo. He leaves with us every Thursday to minister. He was baptized 10 months ago and he LOVES us. He is artistic so gave each of us paintings, a little tapestry, and a plant.

Package from Aunt Jennifer. Thanks love you!

My American stand. We had a culture night and I was reppin the USA. I made grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup. Everyone loved it. Mine was the only plate that was fully eaten. THAT'S WHY THE USA IS THE BEST.
Typical here. A mote con Huesillo stand. #chileno

Last week in our missionary activity for the ward someone taught how to make bracelets. Most people finished in the class and idk how but it took me a week to finish (given I never have time). I never learned the knots very well in boy scouts anyways.

DUNKIN DONUTS. I found it last week. It made my day. I bought 2 haha.
