Nov. 13th

Sorry not a lot of time this week and last week my letter did not send.

Fun Facts:
1.The flavor vanilla here. SO NOT VANILLA.
2. Anything Nestle here. You name it. Every candy, drink, and food is nestle. But not the american nestle products. Different ones we have never seen.
3. Dried fruit is my new obession
4. Got called Tweety bird and a canary
5. The problem here: NOBODY IS MARRIED. and NOBODY wants to get married.
6. I basically just buy pears, carrots, tomatoes, and avocados from the market.
7. Literally the country of Haiti is moving to Chile. They are everywhere and barely speak spanish.
8. We helped people with an english project and they made us ice cream crepes. SO GOOD.
9. I helped someone open a bakery in my branch this week.
10. SEEDS. Are in everything. They do not take the seeds out of stuff.
11. EVERYONE WORKS IN BLUEBERRY FIELDS HERE
This week was good, buit difficult in terms of the work. We had 11 people committed to church and NOBODY came. We helped a couple get the motivation to get married, and another couple told us they do not want to get amrried. SO success and failure. But we did manage to get 2 less actives back to church!

This week I was reminded of how grateful I am to have a consistent church. Literally the church is the same everywhere you go. We have the same lessons, organizations, and foundations. We have the same church leaders and meetings and etc. I love knowing that no matter where I am transferred or where I go in the world from Egypt to Tonga to Mongolia..... There will always be people with my same standards and beliefs. Always people to help me and immediate friends. The message of the gospel is so unique and I feel so happy that I can bring the restored truth to the people of Chile and with everyone I meet for the rest of my life.
LOVE YOU ALL! Promise my letter next week will be better! Have a great week! Try to do an act oif service for someone (whether you know them or not).
