1/2 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

HAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPY NEW YEAR. I do not have mch time so this will be short (the pics took forever to send)
There was a legit war in the sky on New Year's Eve from fireworks. The music did not stop until like 5 AM. We got to eat dinner again! This whole weekend our president wanted us to go carol again hymns to bring in the new year so lots of singing. My shoeslaces just snapped one day so that shows how much we are on our feet haha.Yesterday for P day we got permission to watch freetown about the missionaries in africa.... and then we went back to the house and watch christmas angels on our little portable dvd player. Our mamita had left a bottle of juice, sandwiches, and a creme dessert for us on our table! I love her!
So we had a investigator who passed his baptismal interview and then on Saturday he did not come to his baptism and he was not in his house or answering our phone calls......called him after the baptism of the other peopleand he was in his house again eating food..... so maybe this week?
This week we met an RM in the town center who came back to visit with his wife. And then in a church, a family from Colorado whose mom lives in our branch came to visit and they are here the whole summer... so I have had a lot of english opportunties lately. Transfers are next week, so idk if I will be moving or not (my guess is yes but if not thats great too)!
This week my fav scripture was actually an entire book. The book of enos. It is only like 23 verses. But the reason why is because he changed. The year 2017 for me in one word was CHANGE. Change is good. It is progression. It is new learning experiences. I lived in Hawaii, Danville, Mexico, and Chile in 2017. I learned how to speak spanish. I have lived with 3 very different companions. I have totally grown in my knowledge of the gospel and have truly seen the joy of helping and serving others. I hope 2018 is even more uplifting. I know that there are high moments and low moments in everyone's lives, but we can always recieve the help we need from the BEST support system in the world. Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. One thing that really stuck in my mind this week is what could be more important than teaching about jesus christ and helping others recieve the happiness that comes from making commandments with the lord and to prepare to enter the temple... nothing!
I hope you all had a wonderful week and happy new year. Till next week! Love you guys!
