I love life and blessings!!!!!
Ok I have no idea where to begin but I am trying to summariz ethis weeks into points.
1. First off, we baptized Cesarius. We went to the church about 2 hours before to turn on the font. I cleaned the baptismal room and my comp cleaned the font and turned it on. We come back at 7 pm and the baptism is at 7:30 and the font is no joke like 1/5 of the way full. My comp pressed the wrong button haha. SO I was like ok we are going to fill this up somehow. SO we all started filling up pitchers, pots, and containers from all the sinks and dumping it in. Then I found a hose but it would connect to the faucet so we had to hold the hose under the faucet so that the water would flow through. Safe to say we were sweating buckets and I looked like I was the one that got baptized after it was over. But miracle is that NONE of our investigators friends came at 7:30 and we felt so bad for him but the font still was not full so we pushed it back to 7:50 and right as we announced the opening prayer 8 of his freinds (our other investigators showed up) but if we would have stated at 7:20 they would have missed it.
2. It was 10:01 at church (church starts at 10) and nobody had shown up including cesarius who was being confirmed. SO we left church to go find him. We biked to his house and he was all dressed but waiitng for like 3 of his friends who wanted to come. Thye knew how to get there so we left with him and there was no way we were going to make it by like 10:15 when they were going to confirm him so I jumped off my bike and told him to ride and I sprinted there HAHA. We arrived no joke as they announced his name in the microphone and he was confirmed haha. I was dripping sweat while we confrimed him haha. Not to mention I was fasting during all this baptism and running chaos. Safe to say I drank ten, TEN, glasses of juice, soda, and water in lunch.
3. Then in church we had 11 investigators and one bore his testimony saying this church perfect and the only thing that helped him out of his depression. THEN right after sacrament the branch president comes up to all the missionaries and says he needs to talk to us urgently so we all go to his office and he tells us that that investigator is a sex offender and has MANY convictions. It was so crazy and this guy I always thought was weird since he called me like 6 times a day. So many blessings this week! (but maybe he has changed and the gospel can help).
4. I had 2 intercambios this week. One in Linares 1 and the next day in Chillan (2 hour bus ride away) with the Assistant's of the mission. It was way fun to meet new missionaries in different zones, learn new ways to teach, and a much needed break from my sector haha.
5. CRAZY. One of my investigators who camer to general conference died! We went to his house yesterday after a long time of not seeing him and his wife said he passed away in December but that we loved our church and felt super content when he came.
Fav scrip of week: Alma 42:27
Therefore, O my son, whosoever will come may come and partake of the waters of life freely; and whosoever will not come the same is not compelled to come; but in the last day it shall be restored unto him according to his deeeds.
I do not know why but this scripture caught my attention a lot this week with the phrase "waters of life". I LOVE water. Waterfalls, oceans, rivers, pools, waterslides, lakes, ponds, and fresh water. Water is so intriguing. Our bodies are 70% water! Literally we need water to live. I love the idea that water can be compared to the gospel. We can choose to drink of this water (or the gospel) which gives life. Eternal Life. There is always access to this blessings we just need to choose whether we want to recieve them or not. We will never be obligated to do anything, but like when we are thirsty, we yern to have water. I would ask are you spiritually thirsty to recieve His guidance and feel His power even more than you do now. All we need to do is partake of His teachings!
I love you all! I love this work even on the hard days (trust me there are really hard days) because there is no reason not to love the light that comes from teaching about JESUS! Miss you! Talk to you next week!

LOL we found him in the street walking to the church IN baptismal clothes. We told him he could change when he got there but he clearly did not understand and everyone was staring at him in the streets
Cesarius! Our investigator got baptized!
How much water was in the front when we arrived
Filling up the font
Still filling up the font
Getting desperate of how we are going to fill up the font before the baptism
