Hola. This week was so good! We had a baptism! Brian Muñoz! He is the smartest little 9 year old I have met. He was stoked to finally be baptized. Other news. In church yesterday I was giving a talk and there was an RM giving a talk and he had he served in Guatemala. Long story short we figured out he was the comp of dallin earl for 3 months and now he is totally willing to leave with us! We also had service filling up a HUGE truck with wet cardboard. This week we were zipping around everywhere on our bikes. Diego went to church and will be baptized Sunday night! The numbers of president changed again so now as District Leader I have to do 9 interviews every week with investigators to put goals and see how they are progressing and stuff so we have just been everywhere. My comp and I also had to come to Chillan at like 7 in the morning Thursday to get his Visa only to find out we have to come back next week. We have zone conf tomorrow and we live far away from everyone so tonight we have to go to Chillan to sleep to be there early tomorrow. Just going to say doing interviews with haitians is so funny espeically when I cannot understand their creole. ALSO LOL: this week we were invited to a member's birthday party and they wanted to learn an american dance move. I showed them and of course my favorite pants completely ripped open (like I could fit my head through the hole). There is also a dude in our ward who legit follows me around in the church. IT IS SO STRANGE AND FUNNY BC EVERYONE HAS NOTICED. We had a crab night with the ward. I had intercambios with Elder Wood (my brother in the mission). We played soccer today here in Chillan with the zone. Anyways, we are just finding bc after Brian and Diego we really do not have anybody that is progressing :/
I also feel like I always talk about the temple bc the temple open house is in FOUR WEEKS. but something I love is that we really need to always strive to have our temple recommend. If we have our temple recommend we are literally worthy enough to enter into the celestial room, which the closest thing we can reach to the celestial kingdom here on earth. I LOVE THE TEMPLE. I AM BEYOND HYPED TO GO. Also, next week we do not have church. We were informed that next week Chile has a special televised conference (I would imagine bc of the temple) so we have to travel to the stake center in Chillan in bus with the ward.
