HELLO! 
 I went to the temple and we had 4 investigators come! The temple is purely perfect. THE BAPTISMAL FONT is gorgeous. The paintings on the inside are unique because artists came and painted them while it was being built.  I also saw my X bishop and his wife from my last sector in San Vicente working as a tour guide so that was a fun quick catchup. Also, bc I said a little prayer that I would see someone at the temple from one of my 2 previous sectors while on the bus. He told me the 3 people I was teaching with baptismal date all got baptized after I left (Hector, vania, and Alejandra), so they thanked me haha bc I found them and taught them legit everything…  Anyways I just felt the strongest feeling when I was in the temple that I know this is the true church. I love getting reminded again so often. I am stoked for general conference. 

Well this week rained a lot. My companion got bit by a dog so we had to go to the clinic here in Quillon and he has to get 5 shots for rabies. Anyways, this week here was slow. We knocked a lot… nobody came to either of the activities we had during the week, and we had nobody at church.. even though we had like 8 committed and went to go wake up 2…. but I feel good bc we had 4 at the temple. Also this week everyone has 4 or 5 chances to go to church because if they come to the church to watch at least one sesión of General Conference it counts as a church assistence.  We planned all the activities for the whole month and put it up in the church.   the activities that we planned are every Friday at 7:30 pm in the church. This week we have a culture night where we are going to have stands from different countries with foods and information. Next week we planned a talent show. The next week we planned a parents and kids dance (like daddy-daughter and mother-son) and then the next week we planned a Halloween party  (because they do not do anything to celebrate so we are going to show they how it is done… we are going to have like bobbing for apples, and the doughnut string game, and a costume contest…. What other Halloween games are there? 

Funny:  I had to lead the music on Sunday and I did not know any of the songs that they chose… they were songs that are only in spanish or songs we never sing in english… so that was a trainwreck.  Anyways nobody plays the piano so I had to sing the first line to give the tone to everyone but obvi I DID not know the song so everyone was laughing haha.

THE MTC- Week #5

Hey peeps! This week was so insane. So first off, next time I email I will be in Chile! I leave Monday afternoon and take a Red Eye there. Also, i am officially the oldest in the MTC, which means that people see my little green sticker on my nametag and think we are so cool. It is actually kind of funny because I never felt that way about people with stickers before. We also got a new district in our zone, so me and comp had to go meet them and do a question and answer as the zone leaders. I feel like it was JUST me yesterday, so it felt super weird. My district sang in sacrament on sunday a mashup of "come, come ye saints and lead kimdñy light" and let me tell you it was bomb. We also had to plan the sacrament meeting as the ZLs and we had to choose 6 speakers and every time their name was called in sacrament they would give us a death glare like UH WHY DID YOU PICK ME. We also had to teach priesthood for the branch, so to say the least this week was busy. Something kind...

In the words of my brother in law Jeff... What´s up party people, This week was so good. We followed president´s orders and organized and cleaned out the whole area book- threw out all the people who did not go to church or did not show interest. So we went through every progress record and lesson record to see who we would save. We ended up with a pile of like 50 people to call and show up at their door. Well out of the 30 that we had time to go to this past week... about 5 have interest... and two came to church.... but he is living with a Venezuelan. We are going to talk to them this week about marriage. We are going to visit the rest this week. Yuyu came to church. She is so close to baptism ah. I really do not know how else to help her. She knows everything and wants to believe it is true and thinks it is true but she wants a yes or no answer. We have taught her she has already received her answer but she won´t accept that. ALOHA. I miss hawaii this week as it randomly got REALLY hot. It is always cold in the morning and night but the HEAT came during the day. Ok wow I always freak out when I am writing because I always have so many things happen and I have so little time. BUT sorry no pics this week, I forogt my chord. Anyways in no specific order there are some crazy things. So missionaies dont eat dinner here. We eat a freakishly large lunch, like very large, and i swear I am going to explode after after time i eat. Andyou have to eat it all. Not gonna lie, I have stuffed some things in my pocket. So we eat at  1:30  with members and then eat a snack when we get home at  9:30 . Also today is Chile's independance day (equiv of our  4th of july ). So I guess it a law here that everyone has to have a chile flag in their window or hanging up outside or you will get a ticket, so we had to go buy one under the direction of the mish prez.
